US Army Garrison – Detroit Arsenal –11 Mile, Utica, Michigan Design/Build award for a 2,500 sq ft. Fitness Center Addition to the existing facility. Design appeal and pleasant work out environment were the main award criteria. The contract also met with Disadvantaged Business Participation with Perez Construction as a team member.
Mt Clemens, MI Renovation of an existing 20,723sf hangar building. The existing building was renovated from a hangar building to an automotive mechanical shop and offices. The project entailed field measuring the structure to produce accurate existing floor plans of both the first and second floors, producing preliminary construction drawings for approval by the Government, final construction drawings and specifications along with mechanical and electrical design. Project responsibilities included coordination with the Government and Government Officials and the General Contractor.
Venture Place, City of Lancaster, Ohio The General Services Administration (GSA) commissioned a new 8,000sf facility to be built in the City of Lancaster. The facility consists of both public space and private open office space with interior partition furniture. The project entailed preliminary drawings for approval by the Federal governing agency to final construction drawings including structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.
West Branch, MI The Social Security Administration (SSA) commissioned a new 6,320sf facility to be built in the West Branch, Michigan. The facility consists of both public space and private open office space with interior partition furniture. The project entailed preliminary drawings for approval by the Federal governing agency to final construction drawings including structural, mechanical and electrical engineering. Responsibilities included construction administration and coordination with the Owner and SSA.

Medical Office Building, Grand Blanc, Michigan An existing 32,168sf speculative building shell was divided into 8 suites for Greater Flint Sports Medicine, Genesys Orthotics & Prosthetics, Hair Loss Treatment Center, GLI Medical Education Suite, Genesys Foundation Offices, Ralph/Paul Beauty Salon, Spa Gregory Message Therapy, Neuro Health. Responsibilities included programming, feasibility, design, construction documentation, construction administration, coordination with the Owner and Construction Managers, and local building authority approvals.
