The new addition incorporates a full motorcycle dealership including showroom, merchandise and a motorcycle service area. The second floor mezzanine consists mainly of offices and open spaces that overlook the showroom. The existing restaurant is proposed for future lease spaces. The project entailed producing final construction documents from conceptual drawings including structural and electrical engineering, coordination with the Mechanical Engineer and bid process. Responsibilities included Site Plan Approval through Flint Twp., construction administration and coordination with the Owner and California based Interior Architect.
